Who we are

I’m on a mission to help folks thrive during and after the middle part of their lives. I’m a big believer in the possibility of reinvention, and not knowing what you want to be when you grow up. I am or have been a musician, sound designer, writer, actor, computer programmer, language learner, and now digital marketer.

I’ve gotten to a point in my life when I need a little more than my 9-5 can offer to enjoy my retirement and pre-retirement years.
